My truck broke down while on vacation. I ended up renting a car to come back home. I asked around at the camp ground where was a good place that trust worthy. The 3 I asked all said Mike's. My repairs were expensive but I believe they did the best they could do under the circumstances. They even applied a coupon they had available in the local news paper. Also Josh showed me a different issue on my truck that needed attention. I really appreciate what Cody and Josh did for me. Can't thank you enough.
Excellent Service all the way around. Was on vacation in Lake Geneva and needed a repair done to feel safe before driving home. Went to the Lake Geneva location and they fixed our car at a very reasonable price. Josh provided me with an honest assessment of what needed to be done and how long it might take. Being out of town, my main concern was the repair time draining our vacation time. These guys accommodated us with a loaner car so we didn't have to interrupt our vacation plans, and they promptly completed the repairs the next day after the parts came in. You usually don't consider an auto repair a "good experience" while on vacation, but their service and kindness to us is an exception to the rule. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Michael
Excellent work. They stand by repairs. They will go all out to get work done when you need it. Never had a better experience than with Mike's and I have used them for more than 10 years.
I didn't rate the wrong business. I have my receipts to prove it. Took my car here for repairs. They quoted me $800 for new tires, I paid $170 for a coolant flush and my coolant hose broke and leaked all over, overheating my engine. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!
Enjoy this shop very well. I've been taking my car here for a long time, I know the employees and they always handle everything well, in a timely matter, and at a decent price.
