I think the store could be better if the staff was more knowledgeable about the products and the science behind them. Ohm's law should be a requirement for tending the car stereo or home theater area.
Visited the store in the evening to shop for a new laptop. Parking was plentiful and close to the store. Each department was full staffed and the store was well lit and easy to navigate. Dylan helped me in the computer department and discussed the pros and cons of different processors and the durability of different models. I left, happy, with a purchase of a new laptop computer that is just as fast as my desktop, and has a great touch screen feature.
I have been happy with BestBuy each time I have visited. Always a nice experience. Best place to shop for me. Have never been unhappy that I can think of. I will recommend Best Buy to everyone.
If you absolutely must have it in your hands this second. Keep buying from Best buy. If you're not going to buy from Amazon then Best Buy has the best price to value ratio of any electronic store.
That said, if I had to run out at 8pm because I needed a new stick of RAM. I would go to Best buy.
Due to the small store, staff take the extra time to really help their customers! I have never had a bad experience here. Thanksgiving was my first Black Friday shop, they streamlined and organized it amazingly. Customer service was extraordinary for how busy it was! Kudos guys!!
Limited selection, I'm sure this is because of online shopping. The only reason we stopped was for my wife could physically feel a camera. She liked it, so we went home and purchased online for $30 cheaper. Still a great store with some good sales. Friendly staff, though you are asked multiple times if you need help, each person really does want to help.
