Verey intrasting place. Full of Historic objects .Amazing staff too .

Great area history museum with lots of excellent exhibits, programs, events, and a small gift shop. Great place not only for history buffs but for those wanting to learn more about the Geneva Lake area in general. Wonderful place for individuals and families. Check it out!

I was an employee of the Geneva Lake Museum over the summer, but that should not take away from the praise and high regard I have for the museum. While on the backend of the museum, we could be a bit chaotic, the museum is very well layed out, clean, just a wonderful time.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. On the outside this museum does not look impressive. But don't let that fool you. It's a great place to spend an afternoon for the family. Love the fact that everything is hands on for the kids, but don't worry moms there's nothing dangerous for little ones to touch. Even the knife in the kitchen was blade-less. Thanks for the great tour!

Everyone who works at the museum is very friendly. I highly recommend getting a docent to lead a tour. When I was docenting, I found that more people would tell us that this was the best museum experience they have had than if they did not have a docent.

Visiting this museum has to be number one on any list of things to do in Lake Geneva. Look at the pictures I have posted to get a feel of the museum.

Newer city museum. Depicts 1871 and up to mid 1900 in displays. Helpful / friendly staff. Most are volunteers. A go see for this city / area

It is fantastic to take children to; they are allowed to touch most things, go into the exhibits, ring bells, and just really get immersed in the history. If course, adults can do all of the things that children are allowed to do!
