Nice neighborhood and friendly people but maintenance is a huge rip off. They charge $75 dollars to change batteries in a single smoke alarm.
The sales people in the office are very rude cant ask them anything without feeling like a moron. They're very rude about everything and always have a bad attitude. Besides that its a nice and quiet community- This is not good for someone who is interested in purchasing. Also why are there no pictures of the inside of the trailers.
People in the office can be very rude! Only peroson I've spoken to that has been nice to me has been Lisa. I try not to ask Kay anything. She seems to always be in a bad mood. I've had friends who have been interested in purchasing a home here, but Kay was rude so they went elsewhere. Other than that it's nice quiet place to live.
The people working in the office are very rude and disrespectful! Specially Lisa. No customer service skills what so ever! I dont understand how she is still working there when there have been many complains about her! She treats people like if we lived there for free! I really hope Pioneer does something to either change jer attitude or fire her!
Very nice with well maintained grounds and a heated inground swimming pool. Fenced in play ground and basketball court. Exercise room in main building and round the clock services.
